Although considerably slower than Broadband, Dial-Up is ideal if you don't have large file download needs such as music, software, or online gameplay.

Dial-Up connection
To access the internet, your BigPond Dial-Up connection uses your home or business phone line. We supply all the information you need to get connected. All you need is a dial-up modem to connect your computer to your phone outlet via a cable. Many computers now have a dial-up modem built in as standard equipment. If you don't have one, they can be purchased at just about any computer store.

There's a BigPond Dial-Up plan to suit your browsing needs and budget. With Pre-Paid plans there are no contracts to sign and no bills, perfect for overseas visitors, or people who only need internet access for a fixed period. Single User Plans are low-cost plans for people who only have limited internet browsing and download needs. And Business Group & LAN plans offer a range of generous hours or usage based plans, great for companies with staff who travel a lot, or work from home.
