Telstra Business Systems™ Care helps ensure that you get the most from your communication system by freeing you up to do what you do best. Should you ever need support, all your company's Moves, Adds and Charges, fault and restoration history is centrally stored and managed. This means issues between equipment, network and maintenance provides, as to which party is responsible for faults or other works to be performed, will be minimised or eliminated.

Note: All times for Telstra Business Systems™ Care are as defined in the state where the Customer Site is located. Telstra Business Systems™ Basic Care does not include public holidays.
Local - The site at which the equipment is located is within 60 km of an accredited Telstra Business Systems dealer
Regional - The site at which the equipment is located is between 60km and 200km from an accredited Telstra Business Systems dealer
Remote - The site at which the equipment is located is greater than 200km from an accredited Telstra Business System dealer

Terms and Conditions
A Telstra single bill including finance is available for Telstra customers who take finance for a Telstra provided business telephone system from Capital Finance Australia Ltd and purchase maintenance from Telstra.
* If a customer whishes to finance a Telstra provides business telephone system through Capital Finance Australia Limited, Telstra will only provide access to that finance if the customer takes the Telstra Business Systems Maintenance Plan.
^ Subject to important terms and conditions. Ask your Telstra Business Systems™ Dealer for a complete copy. Replacement of all faulty parts/components is included if a Fault is a result of normal fair wear and tear. Refer to terms and conditions for services not covered by the Telstra Business System™ Maintenance Plan.
